Everything I need to get through an endometriosis flare!

The Best Heating Pad

I cannot describe how much this little heating pad has saved my life...not to be too dramatic, but sometimes heat is the only thing that'll help with the endo pain! Just be careful, we girlies tend to give ourselves burns from using stuff like this!

Magnesium

Taking magnesium regularly is a must for me on SO many levels. Sleep...anxiety...muscle cramps...and considering our soil continues to get more and more depleted of this mineral, more of us need supplementation. Always check with a health care provider!

Knix Period Underwear

Alright, whoever invented period underwear needs to win a medal. I've never like tampons, the thought of a cup is no bueno and pads just...suck. Now these? Well I already loved Knix underwear, but now that I use their leakproof option, there's no going back. They have all sorts of absorbency levels, cuts and colours so always be checking!

Ice cap

If you're like me and also get migraines along with periods and stress, you NEED this Relief cap. I keep mine in my freezer so it's always ready to cool off those migraines when they come!

Epsom Salts

Ah, yes. The Epsom Salt. Something we should all have in our bathrooms, but especially us endo girlies. A hot bath with a good dose of these salts will help soothe pain, and the high magnesium content is good for you too! We always have these stocked in the house, my husband uses them too for his post golf game recovery!

Ginger tea

Ginger is a go to for nausea, and I always make sure to have some of this in the house. If I ever feel crampy, nauseated or just like a need to warm up from the inside, this is a great caffeine free tea option!

Castor Oil Pack

Castor oil packs over the abdomen are a home remedy that can help alleviate pain, boost blood flow and reduce inflammation...just be careful as the oil can stain.
